Weightlifting

I. Every 2 - 3 mins x 5 sets: Overhead Squat

1 x 5 @ 65%

1 x 5 @ 70%

1 x 5 @ 75%

1 x 5 @ 80%

1 x 5 @ 85%


% based on 1RM OHS or Snatch if you don't have an OHS record


II. Barbell Conditioning

In 8 mins

Find your 1RM Power Clean


Rest 4 mins


For Time

20 Power Clean @ 80% of 1RM


III. In 15 minutes

Find your 1RM Front Squat
