Session 1

 

Barbell Conditioning

I. Dumbbell Bench Press

5 x 10 - 12 reps

Rest as needed between set


Elite 100 / 70 lbs

RX 70 / 50 lbs

Scaled 50 / 35 lbs


II. Strict Press

5 x 5 reps @ 80%

Rest as needed between set


Weightlifting

EMOM 12: Box Squat

6 x 5 reps @ 70%

6 x 5 reps @ 77%
