All movements in this program will not require you to get involved with any complex drills. It is open to all fitness levels from beginner to advance.

Movements are constantly varied, scalable and performed at high intensity. Previous knowledge of Functional Fitness movements will be required to join this class
Class Reminders
Reservation
Be sure to book a session. Reservation closes 1 hour before class. Late bookings will not be accommodated.
Attendance
Be at the facility at least 10 minutes prior to class to give yourself extra time to warm up and catch up with fellow students. We will allow a 5 minute window for latecomers
Program
Review the workout prior to class. This is viewable on the WOD tab of our website or mobile app. Video links for unfamiliar movements are also available on the programming.
Safety Protocol
Mask is a must. Be sure to keep your mask on at all timesÂ
Practice social distancing between members and staff at all times.

Class Reminders
Internet Connection
Be sure to have a strong internet connection. Video and audio quality may be affected if your connection is weak.
Attendance
Enter the waiting room 15 minutes prior to class to give yourself extra time to warm up and catch up with fellow students. We will allow a 10 minute window for latecomers
Program
Review the workout prior to class. This will be sent to you through email or viewable on the WOD tab for those with access. Our assumption is that you already know the workout, although we will still go through it together.
Equipment
Prepare all the equipment that you will need. You may need a PVC pipe / Resistance band or Long towel for some warm up movements. Backpack may be use in place of weights that may be required during the session.
