This class is a combination of several exercises and movements: Plyometrics, Gymnastics/Calisthenics, Weightlifting and Cardiovascular Endurance Training - running, rowing and biking.

This program aims to develop cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.
 
Movements are constantly varied, scalable and performed at high intensity. Previous knowledge of Functional Fitness movements will be required to join this class

Hybrid Training blends running, sled pushes, lunges, rowing and more into one powerhouse workout. It’s designed to build stamina, power and grit through race-style functional movements. Perfect for those who love to move fast, push hard, and sweat buckets.

Class Reminders

Reservation

Be sure to book a session. Reservation closes 1 hour before class. Late bookings will not be accommodated.

Attendance

Be at the facility at least 10 minutes prior to class to give yourself extra time to warm up and catch up with fellow students. We will allow a 5 minute window for latecomers

How to Prepare

Please wear light, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, and well-supported shoes. Don't forget to bring water for the workout.
