Part A

Every 2:30 mins x 5 sets: Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat

2 x (2 + 2) reps @ 50%

2 x (2 + 2) reps @ 60%

1 x (2 + 2) reps @ 65 - 70%


Focus on a strong drive under the barbell, pressing up through your lats and elbows throughout the entire complex.

Fast feet and landing shoulder width apart.



Part B

Every 1:15 mins x 8 sets: Squat Snatch

2 x 1 @ 65% 1RM

2 x 1 @ 70% 1RM

2 x 1 @ 75% 1RM

1 x 1 @ 80% 1RM

1 x 1 @ 85+% 1RM


Activate Body


Part A

Every 2:30 mins x 5 sets:

Single Arm Snatch Balance + Single Arm Overhead Squat

2 x (1 + 2) reps per side @ pick load

2 x (1 + 2) reps per side @ add load

1 x (1 + 2) reps per side @ add load


Part B

Every 1:15 mins x 8 sets: DB Squat Snatch

2 x 2L/2R @ pick load

2 x 2L/2R @ add load

2 x 1L/1R @ add load

2 x 1L/1R @ add load
