1 x 10 reps @ start at 5-10 lbs / 10-15 lbs

1 x 8 reps@ increase weight

1 x 6 reps @ increase weight

1 x 4 reps @ increase weight


Part B

Every 2 mins x 6 sets: Single Arm Overhead Squats

1 x 6L/6R reps @ pick load

1 x 5L/5R reps @ increase load

1 x 4L/4R reps @ increase load

3 x 3L/3R rep @ heaviest load
