Part A

Every 2:30 mins x 6 sets:

1x [ 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Squat Clean ]


Starting at 60% 1RM clean and increasing load each set.

This complex is UNBROKEN. Goal is to build to a heavy complex.


Part B

Every 2 mins x 5 sets Strict Press

5 x 3 reps @ 80-85%


Activate Body

Part A


Every 2:30 mins x 6 sets:

1 x [ 1 DBs Squat Clean + 3 DBs Front Squat + 1 DBs Squat Clean ]


Part B

Every 2 mins x 5 sets DBs Strict Press

5 x 3 reps @ pick heavy load
