I. Every 2:30 x 6 sets: 1 Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Split Jerk

Start at 60% of 1 RM CNJ, increase after each set


II. Every 3 min x 5 sets: Back Squat

1 x 10 @ 60%

1 x 8 @ 65%

1 x 6 @ 70%

1 x 6 @ 75%

1 x 6 @ 80%
