Weightlifting

I. Every 2 mins for 4 sets: Snatch Grip Push Press

1 x 4 reps @ 70%

1 x 4 reps @ 75%

1 x 4 reps @ 80%

1 x 4 reps @ 82%


II. Deadlift: 5 Rep Max

Log your best Deadlift 5 rep max lift.


All reps must be completed as deadstop from the floor. No straps.

Work up to a 5RM in a 15 min window.


II. Every 45 secs x 6 sets

3 UB Power Snatch @ 55 - 80%

Conditioning

30 American Swing

10 Chest to Bars

15 Bench Press

Rest 1:1 between each round.
