I. Every 1:30 x 6 sets: Thruster

1 x 5 reps @ 60%

1 x 3 reps @ add weight

1 x 1 reps @ add weight

1 x 5 reps @ 60%+

1 x 3 reps @ add weight

1 x 1 reps @ add weight



II. 5 sets

16 Farmers Carry Alt. Reverse Lunges

10L / 10R Plate Bear Hug Carry Step Ups


Box Step-ups-

Under 5'6" use a 20 inch box.

Over 5'7" use a 24 inch box.


III. Every 2 - 3 mins x 5 sets: Back Squat

1 x 5 reps @ 80%

1 x 3 reps @ 85%

3 x 1 rep @ 90%
