1 x 2 + 1 @ 75%

1 x 1 + 1 @ 75%

1 x 1 + 1 @ 80%

1 x 1 + 1 @ 85%

II. Every 2 mins x 4 sets: Hang Snatch Pulls

1 x 3 reps @ 95%
