Every 1:30 for 7:30 do:

3 Snatches, 75-80% 1RM

2 Snatches, 80-85% 1RM

Every 1:30 for 3 mins do:

1 Snatch, 85+% 1RM


II. Back Squats

3 sets

1 x 5 reps @ 72%

1 x 3 reps @ 77%

1 x 1 reps @ 82%

Rest = time it takes to change plate
