Weightlifting

I. Every 2:30 mins x 4 sets: Bench Press

1 x 6 @ 70%

1 x 6 @ 80%

1 x 3 @ 90%

1 x 2 @ 95%



I. Every 2:30 mins x 4 sets: Push Press

1 x 4 @ 75%

3 x 4 @ 80%



Conditioning

3 rounds, each round for time, of:

10 Push Jerks

12 Toes-to-bars

10 Push Jerks

10 Front Squats

12 Strict Handstand Push-ups

10 Front Squats

Rest 1 min between each round.
