100ft. Sandbag Bear Hug Carry, - light load

6 Step Down Box Jumps- add height each round


Session 1

 

Barbell Conditioning

5 sets: Push Press

2 x 6 reps @ 65%

1 x 6 reps @ 70%

2 x 4 reps @ 75%


Rest as needed between sets.


Weightlifting

I. Every 2 - 3 mins x 5 sets: Bent over Barbell Row

5 x 5 reps


Elite Start at 155 / 105 lbs then build to heavy

RX Start at 135 / 95 lbs then build to heavy

Scaled Start at 95 / 65 lbs then build to heavy


II. Every 90 secs x 5 sets

10 Romanian Deadlift*

10 Weighted GHD Back Extension

Alternative Weighted Supermans


*Start at 50% of 1 RM Romanian Deadlift and build each round


RX 45 / 25 lbs
