Barbell Conditioning

I. EMOM 8

3 Power Clean & Push Jerk, pick load


Start at 65% 1RM of your limiting lift and build to a heavy 3 rep for the day. Touch-and-go reps.



II. Every 2 mins x 4 sets: Front Squats

1 x 4 reps @ 70%

1 x 4 reps @ 75%

1 x 4 reps @ 80%

1 x 4 reps @ 85%



III. Every 2 mins x 5 sets: Deadlift

1 x 5 reps @ 70%

1 x 5 reps @ 80%

1 x 3 reps @ 85%

1 x 2 reps @ 90%

1 x 1 reps @ 95%

30 Shoulder-to-Overheads
