I. Every 2 mins x 4 sets: Push Press

2 x 5 reps @ 75%

2 x 3 reps @ 75%


II. Every 2 mins x 5 sets: Front Squat

5 x 3 reps @ 75 - 85%


Conditioning

In 3 mins do:

13 GHD Sit Ups / 15 Abmat Sit Ups

5 Bar Muscle Ups

max reps in remaining time Snatches (Squat)

Rest 1 min and repeat until you reach 30 Snatch reps.


RX 165 / 115 lbs

Scaled 115 / 75 lbs



Accessory Work

10 L/10 R Bulgarian Split Squats, pick load
