Starting at 85% 1RM
5 sets TNG Power Cleans
1 x 12 reps @ 55%
1 x 9 reps @ 60%
1 x 7 reps @ 65%
1 x 5 reps @ 70%
1 x 3 reps @ 74%
Rest as needed between sets
Touch-and-go and UNBROKEN.
If the designated percentages don’t align with your 1RM, please start at 55% 1RM and increase load each set. Goal is to finish with a heavy successful set of touch-and-go reps.
