Weightlifting

I. 3 Rounds

8 DBs Bench Press

4 DBs Bench Press

2 DBs Bench Press


Use the same weight for each set.

Rest as needed between sets.


II. Barbell Conditioning

10 Rounds for Time

3 Clean & Jerks, 135/95 lbs

3 Bar Facing Burpees


III. Every 2 mins x 7 sets: Push Press

2 x 6 reps @ 65%

2 x 5 reps @ 70%

1 x 5 reps @ 75%

1 x 3 reps @ 82%

1 x 3 reps @ 85%

WOD

20/16 cal Bike

18 Toes-to-bars

50 Double Unders

Rest 1 minute between rounds


Cool Down

10 reps cat & cow

30 seconds Puppy dog pose center
