Start 55-60% 1RM on your first set and build up. Your second set of each rep number should be heavier than the previous.


II. Every 2 - 3 mins x 5 sets: TNG Power Snatch

1 x 10 reps @ 65%

1 x 8 reps @ 70%

1 x 6 reps @ 75%

1 x 4 reps @ 80%

1 x 2 reps @ 85%
