Weightlifting

I. Every 2 - 3 mins x 6 sets: Strict Press

3 x 5 reps @ 65 - 70%

1 x 3 reps @ 70 - 75%

1 x 3 reps @ 75%

1 x 3 rep @ 75 - 80%

II. KB / DB Conditioning

Every 2:30 mins x 5 sets

20 Shoulder to Overhead

6 KBs / DBs Box Step Overs

10 Dual Snatch


RX 50 / 35 lbs

Scaled 35 / 25 kbs

Bar Facing Burpees

Double Unders
